Additional Help
Poland + UK
Magic and divination aren't always the answer to all our problems. If you find yourself in crisis and need immediate help, there are many helplines staffed by trained people who are ready to listen. They won't judge you and can help you understand your feelings. Here are some of the most important phone numbers for those seeking support. The phone numbers below are current as of March 21, 2024, and are provided to residents of Poland courtesy of the Twarze Depresji Foundation (https://twarzedepresji.pl) and to residents of the UK thanks to the Mind Association (https://www.mind.org.uk/).
