Returns, Refunds, and International Shipping Policy – ​​Dokkalfar


1. Services (Divination and Ritual Sessions)

You have the right to cancel your reservation no later than 24 hours before the session begins.

Procedure: To exercise your right to cancel, please inform us of your decision by completing the contact form on www.dokkalfar.store/contact with the "I am canceling the session" option marked or by writing to nataliadokkalfar@gmail.com.

Exclusions: Sessions that have already taken place (regardless of the level of satisfaction) and sessions that were canceled due to the participant's absence are non-refundable.

Processing Fee: Each refund for services is subject to a processing fee of 25% of the original amount (costs incurred by the service provider).

2. Physical Products (Store)

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement for goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment, provided the goods are returned undamaged and in their original packaging.

Exclusions: Due to the nature of the goods offered, returns are not permitted for personalized or custom-made products (e.g., dedicated ritual items), or for goods that lose their properties after opening for hygiene reasons (e.g., herbal blends, oils).

Refund Deadline: Refunds will be processed no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods.

3. International Shipping, VAT, and Customs Duties

Shipments shipped from the UK to European Union countries are treated as imported goods and are subject to mandatory customs and tax fees, including VAT, in accordance with the regulations in force in the recipient's country.

Liability: The Buyer (Importer) is solely responsible for local VAT and customs duties. Dokkalfar is not involved in the calculation or collection of these fees.

No Liability: Dokkalfar is not responsible for the detention of a shipment by customs offices or logistics providers due to the recipient's failure to pay the required fees.

4. Shipment Failure and Logistics Charges

If a shipment is returned to the sender (UK) due to refusal to pay VAT/duties, an incorrect address, or failure to collect the package on time, the order will be deemed to have been rejected due to the Buyer's fault.

Refund Policy: In the above situation, the refund amount for the goods will be reduced by the actual shipping costs incurred by the store:

In the case of free (promotional) shipping: Free shipping only applies to successful delivery. In the case of a return due to the customer's fault, we deduct from the refund:

Original shipping cost to the customer: £9.95

Return shipping cost to the UK charged by the carrier: £9.95

In the case of shipping paid by the customer:

Original shipping cost is non-refundable (the service has been completed).

Return shipping cost to the UK: £9.95 is deducted from the goods amount.

All returns may be subject to an additional 25% handling fee if processing the return required additional work or storage.


5. Reshipment

At the customer's request, we can reship an order that has been returned to the warehouse. This requires the customer to cover the full cost of the new shipment (£9.95) and the cost of returning the first shipment to the sender (£9.95), regardless of previous promotions.

6. Final Provisions

Gifts: If a service was purchased as a gift but the recipient is not interested in using the offer, a refund will be processed according to the terms described above.
