Returns and Refund Policy:
You have the right to cancel your booking no later than 24 hours before the session begins.
To exercise your right to cancel a session, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a clear statement through the contact form on the website: www.dokkalfar.store/contact with the note: “I cancel my session”.

Refunds will be processed no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned items. We will use the same payment method you used to place your order. Refunds will be subject to an administrative fee of 25% of the original amount.
Conditions for Refunds:
To qualify for a refund, make sure that:

Non-refundable Cases

Sessions that have already taken place, regardless of satisfaction level.

Sessions that did not occur due to the absence of the participant.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund that does not meet the above conditions. Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.
Refunds:
The customer is responsible for a 25% fee of the purchase amount if their refund request is approved and if an administrative fee is required (e.g., costs incurred by the service provider).
International Shipments, Customs Clearance, and VAT Shipments sent from the United Kingdom to European Union countries are treated as imported goods and may be subject to mandatory import charges, including VAT, in accordance with the regulations of the recipient’s country.
Dokkalfar has no influence over customs authorities, logistics operators, or tax administrations in recipient countries and does not participate in the process of calculating or collecting VAT, customs duties, or handling fees.
If the recipient refuses to pay the required import charges and the parcel is returned to the sender, the order will be considered unfulfilled due to the customer’s fault. Returns resulting from this situation will not be accepted, and the costs of the original shipment and any return shipping are non-refundable.
At the customer’s request, the order may be reshipped; however, this will require the customer to cover full shipping costs, regardless of whether the original shipping was offered as free.
Liability:
We are not responsible for misinterpretation or overly literal understanding of guidance from our divinatory services.
We are not responsible for decisions made knowingly or recklessly by the client.
We are not responsible for non-compliance with ritual-related instructions.
Dokkalfar is not responsible for parcels held by customs authorities or logistics operators in the recipient’s country due to unpaid import charges, including VAT, customs duties, or handling fees.
Dokkalfar does not receive any financial benefit from VAT or customs charges and has no influence over applicable customs or tax laws in the EU or elsewhere.
We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the recipient’s obligation to pay import charges.
We therefore recommend using our services consciously and checking local import regulations before making a purchase.
Gifts:
If the service was purchased as a gift but the recipient is not interested in using it, a refund will be provided according to the rules outlined in this policy.
