Returns and Refunds Policy:
You have the right to cancel your booking no later than 24 hours before the session begins.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a clear statement by completing the contact form on the website www.dokkalfar.co.uk/kontakt, selecting "Cancellation of Session."

You can also inform us of your decision by email at nataliadokkalfar@gmail.com.

We will issue a refund no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used to place your order. A 25% processing fee will apply to the refund.

Refund Policy:
For your service to be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:
The scheduled session date is more than 24 hours away.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Sessions that have already taken place, regardless of satisfaction level.

Sessions that did not take place due to the client's absence.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above refund conditions. The decision regarding refunds is made at our sole discretion.

Refunds:
The client is responsible for a 25% refund fee if their refund request is approved and if a processing fee (e.g., fees incurred by the service provider) is required.

Liability:
We are not responsible for misunderstandings or taking the advice provided by our divination services too literally.

We are not responsible for decisions made knowingly or carelessly by the client.

We are not responsible for failure to comply with ritualistic rules.

For this reason, we recommend using our services wisely and seeking additional advice if you have any questions. This may be considered fulfillment of our obligations under the previously concluded contract and is free of charge.

Gifts:
If the service was purchased as a gift at the time of purchase, but the recipient is not interested in using our offer, we guarantee a refund under the terms and conditions described in these terms and conditions.
