    3. Allergic reactions: Belongs to the Asteraceae family. May cause contact dermatitis, hives, or cross-reactions in individuals allergic to: mugwort, ragweed, birch pollen, and other herbs (chamomile, arnica, calendula), carrots, celery, and parsley (latex-fruit syndrome).

    4. Asthma and respiratory diseases: Mugwort smoke is highly irritating! May cause bronchospasm, coughing, and shortness of breath. Contraindicated for people with: bronchial asthma, COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), bronchitis, or laryngitis.

    5. Epilepsy and neurological disorders: The thujone in mugwort has a stimulating effect on the central nervous system . Smoke may theoretically trigger seizures in sensitive individuals. Avoid if you have: Epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, anxiety, or psychosis.

    6. Children and pets: Keep out of their reach!
